Bruce Clark - Managing Director

Bruce was previously a partner at Lawson & Partners, formerly Egan Lawson, where he worked for 15 years and ran the student accommodation investment department, following working for another investment practice and having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2002.

Bruce also co-founded Universal Student Living in 2012 with Chris McVitty, taking majority control of the business in 2020, before then selling it to Homes For Students in 2021, to whom he remains a consultant.

Bruce works with a range of institutional and private investors as well as specialist developers, most of whom he has worked closely with for many years.

Clare Norton - Head of Finance & Analysis

Graduating in Accounting and Finance, and subsequently qualifying as a Management Accountant, Clare first started working with Bruce in 2015 as the Head of Finance for Universal Student Living.

Following the sale of Universal Student Living, and bringing a solid background in the student accommodation sector, Clare now continues to work with Bruce in Longstreet Consulting, assisting on projects and focusing on financial analysis, investment appraisals and the corporate accounts.
