London – Quebec House

Detail – Purpose built in 2010 providing 130 studio rooms over five upper floors, including amenity space and located in a prime location a short walk from Kingston University.

Warwick – Progress House

Detail – Located within a mile of Warwick University’s main campus, the scheme once complete will comprise 544 bedspaces, plus ancillary communal space, commercial space and car parking.

Bath – Scala

Type – Sale at PC of Newly built/converted PBSA block
Detail – The scheme is formed of the redeveloped Scala cinema building with the addition of a rear extension and a new build Courtyard building to provide 88 student bedspaces in a mix of ensuite rooms (92%) and self-contained studios (8%), which were completed for the 2023/24 academic year. The development includes ancillary communal facilities, a new Co-Op retail unit and commercial space to be utilised as a dance studio, and was sold to the University of Bath.
